Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bible Prayer Hotline. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Bible Prayer Hotline provides AI-powered scripture-grounded prayer support, spiritual guidance, and encouragement via phone hotline and webchat. The service is operated as a faith-based ministry and is not a licensed counseling, medical, or crisis intervention service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a membership account or make a purchase. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Free Trial

The Grace Membership includes a 3-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at sign-up. Your card will not be charged during the first 3 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically begins and your card is charged $39 on day 4.

4. Automatic Renewal and Billing

The Grace Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at $39/month. After your 3-day free trial, your membership automatically renews each month on your billing date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.

5. No Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes the $39 monthly fee charged on day 4 of your trial and all subsequent monthly charges. We offer a 3-day free trial specifically so you can evaluate the service before any charge occurs. If you are unsatisfied, you must cancel before day 4 to avoid being charged.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel, submit a request through the Cancel Membership page or log into your member account and cancel from billing settings.
  • Cancellations submitted before the free trial ends (day 4) will not result in any charge.
  • If your membership has already been charged, the $39 payment is non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, your membership access remains active through the end of your current billing period.
  • Your membership disconnects at the start of the following billing month. You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.

7. Hotline Availability

The phone hotline is available to US-based members only (US phone numbers with a +1 country code). Members receive 20 minutes of daily hotline access. The free webchat is available worldwide to all visitors with no restrictions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended spiritual and supportive nature. You may not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

9. AI Disclaimer

The hotline is powered by a scripture-trained AI voice agent. It is not a licensed therapist, counselor, pastor, or medical professional. Responses are for spiritual encouragement and prayer support only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. In a mental health emergency, please contact 988, 741741, or 911.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Bible Prayer Hotline and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Prayer Hotline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
