My name is Jenny. A few years ago, I went through one of the hardest seasons of my life. I had lost someone I loved deeply, and the grief didn't follow a schedule. It came at 2am, on Sundays, in the middle of ordinary Tuesdays. My church community was wonderful — but they were asleep. My pastor was unavailable. My friends were doing their best.
What I needed in those moments wasn't a crisis line. I wasn't in danger. I just needed someone — something — to remind me that God was still present, that I wasn't forgotten, and that I could bring exactly what I was feeling to Him in prayer.
"I didn't want to be talked at. I wanted to be heard. I wanted scripture. I wanted to pray. And I wanted it at 3am when the silence was loudest."
That's why I built Bible Prayer Hotline. Not as a replacement for your church, your pastor, or your community — but as the thing that's there in the gaps. The 2am call. The holiday when everyone is busy. The moment you need to hear God's word spoken over your situation and don't know where to turn.
